The Domino Gx-OEM is a true “install-and-forget” TIJ system, made for smooth integration with packaging equipment. This model is engineered for mounting inside control cabinets due to its compact footprint: 6.4 × 20 × 15.9 cm.
All settings and message editing can be handled directly by operators through the HMI. The slim printheads guarantee simple installation in any production environment and can be positioned up to 25 meters away from the main unit.
Advanced smart features in the Domino Gx-OEM provide remote status checks via touchscreen panel or web browser. In addition, there is automatic ink cartridge detection and auto-configuration of ink parameters for perfect print results every time.

The Domino Gx-OEM lets one controller operate up to four printheads for printing heights up to 104.3 mm. It’s perfect for individual codes or for simultaneous printing across multiple production lines.
Serialization and Track & Trace are delivered through the Dynamark protocol, which meets 21CFR Part 11 and comes with full audit trail and user access management as well as validation files. Coding Automation makes it possible to send coding data directly from databases and change formats automatically via ERP or MES systems.
The monitoring dashboards provide live data on printer status. Domino Cloud support allows for remote diagnostics and real-time monitoring.
In addition, user permissions are fully configurable so you can always ensure maximum system security.

The new Domino Gx PRO printheads have been developed to support the transition to GS1 Digital Link and information-rich 2D codes. With a print height of up to 23 mm, high resolution, and strong contrast, they enable the production of reliable, easy-to-read codes even on high-speed production lines.
Designed to deliver speed, compliance, and reduced waste, Gx PRO printheads make it possible to incorporate variable data such as batch numbers, expiry dates, and traceability information into 2D codes, supporting more effective controls throughout the supply chain. Seamless integration with Domino R-Series vision systems also enables automatic verification of every code directly on the production line.
