Comprehensive service, maintenance and training to keep your production running smoothly

This tailored service agreement applies to all equipment supplied by nimax Tanzania. It includes onsite technical assistance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and essential repairs to guarantee the reliable performance of your systems.

Scope of Services

  1. Delivery of onsite support, including diagnostics and repair of hardware faults, software malfunctions, and other product-related issues.
  2. Planned preventive maintenance, including regular inspections of installed equipment.
  3. Replacement of defective parts and components required to maintain full functionality (spare parts provided by the customer).
  4. Quarterly training sessions for operators and technicians. Extra training can be arranged on request at no additional charge.

Exclusions (Not Covered by This Agreement)

  1. Damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
  2. Consumables such as inks, ribbons, labels, printheads, filters, maintenance kits, and spare parts.
  3. Service needs resulting from events beyond the control of nimax Tanzania, including but not limited to natural disasters, electrical surges, or external incidents.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Consumables and Spare Parts: The customer commits to using original consumables and spare parts supplied by nimax Tanzania, available at competitive rates.
  2. If the customer uses non-original consumables or spare parts not supplied by nimax Tanzania, the provider reserves the right to charge the full value of the Peace of Mind agreement. The “full price” is defined as the pre-discounted amount if a discount was applied.
  3. The Peace of Mind agreement is linked to a 24-month extended warranty and can be renewed after the first 24 months from installation.
